Caller ID identified the caller as "LA CAN FLNTR CA." My guess is that it's some kind of cancer charity.

THis is a phone scam. If you say "yes" they will probably record your voice, then sign you up for some offers and say that you agreed to their terms and conditions. report it immediately or do not answer
