Called asking for employee by name.  Said they were from Unified Pictures.  Looking for investors in a movie...no thanks.

Called asking for the owner by full name. It was a call center claiming they were from Unified Pictures, looking for investors for a movie. This is a strange way to get investors for a film. I personally know producers and execs in the film industry and they all say it smells scammy. I asked what their call pertained and they were very secretive about it and would not leave a message or a call back number. They said they will call back next week, but what they don't realize is that they will get me again. haha

scam!

Some bimbo from Unified Pictures called - that was about all I understood as she was reading her  script as quickly as possible. I said "Whoa, whoa, whoa, slow down.... what?". She said "never mind" and hung up. Really professional company this "Unified Pictures" is.
