Solar sales scam

Called twice today. Caller ID said "VOIP" caller. These Voice Over Internet Caller calls are almost always telemarketers. Blocked.

Energy Solar place that constantly calls using multiple numbers.  This is a scam.

I agreed to an appointment. Then I told the company that showed up they have a choice. Give me the real name of the company who calls themselves "New Energy Solar Assessment" or I sue them in small claims court for violating the DNC list. It's day 2 and no word back.
