I bought a product off them to do with Dr Oz and I was given this number to call back, they never called me, but i cant seem to get anyone.

SAME FOR ME EVEN THE LINKS ON THE LOG IN PAGE i CAN GET INTO AS i GET WARNINGS. i NEED TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION

Hi, I have a problem, I bought the day 09/01/14 and the acai berry and the Digestit and still have not heard anything, not an email or a call to inform me as follows as sending the credit card that you have entered purchase, and not because I figure as two shopping when I did the same day and purchase the promo pack that came the two bottles. I want to know what happens or if I'll have to report this scam. Try several times to call this number 1818-303-9260 and others too, but tells me that the feature does not exist. They would correspond not call me after making my purchase? I feel cheated, this is a shame. I'll have to make my complaint. thanks anyway

I ordered a shipment of Garcinia in January as per order number , billing went through the next day. To this day I have not received a confirmation email of shipping details to track the order or any other confirmation. I have been very patient. It has been dam near impossible to get hold of anyone from this company as I do not reside in the USA and cannot phone the call center. I have been through this site many times looking for an email address to contact, eventually the web contact center being the only way of contacting the billing company. I have searched many avenues including the phone number and the address of the company all belonging to companies not affiliated with the website where the product was purchased.

Last week I ordered from this company and was instantly suspicious when i tried to email them and the email address was not valid.  So, I tried to call the phone number and got a young woman who kept saying "I can't hear you, I can't hear you, I can't hear you" though she stopped speaking when I yelled "CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?" then she started again. I went to the Revitol website and used their contact email and sent them a blast and to cancel my order, threatened lawyer if any more money was taken from my account.  Have yet to see reimbursement but I will.....
