I just got a call as well and they knew my name. Sounds like it's fraud!

I asked the caller to put me on the "Do Not Call" list and stop telemarketing. I got an ear full of how President Obama rescinded the telephone solicitation act and how this was only to get me to visit Las Vegas for a free vacation.  The caller said he can call any time he wants, and he has my name and phone number in his system.
