After scouring for other calls for Diversified Consultants, I discovered that it is a collection agency.

I called Diversified Consultants and asked why they were calling. Turns out they were trying to reach the guy who had the phone number before me. So... maybe they aren't scammers after all.

Diversified Consultants is another scammer that doesn't respect the DNC list and calls daily and always from a different number.
