We keep getting calls from this number, but they never say anything.

Caller ID = "CALIFORNIA ENER" in all caps, did not answer "Hello?"

My senile 90 yr. old father-in-law keeps giving out my cell phone number to scammers like this company.
They called again today wanting to install solar panels on my new house because they did an "energy audit" that shows I can save money.  Then they told my wife that they are really in the business of installing walk-in bath tubs for seniors.  They are either related to another company that has been harrassing us for months, or someone is selling my phone number to these crooks.

called this afternoon.........will put on my call blocking list.

Called but left no message. After reading the postings here I blocked the number.
