They collected for LA Times.  I was set up on auto payment and didn't call w my new info when I got a new debit card.  It was less than $10 - no biggie, just paid it off and no more calls.

the caller 8182511713 called my cell phone number. they left me a voice mail saying it was a business matter, and i had to call them back. That is all they left. They did not tell me what the business was and what they wanted, so i didn't call back.

Got a message saying it was an important matter. They talked through my answering machine message so it was a robo call. Almost certainly spam.

I received a call from this number that just said "Hi this is Aubrey, please call me back" - I assumed it was just a wrong number, but now it may have been a robo-call
