I've noticed a new set of number showing up. No message.

Called yesterday at 2:32 pm.  No message.  Will report to No mo.

You are so right Lt.  Went directly to my voicemail and didn't leave a message.  This number is now Blocked!!!

Called today. Didn't answer because CID said Burbank. No one from Burbank would be calling me. No message left

12/05/15 15:37 PST  OMG, I was just reading here when they tried to call.  Another in the endless "Urgent public notice" calls regarding quailification to lower electric bill by Dept. of Energy ....  They just keep changing numbers.  This was a recorded message, so will try to block as I have others via no mo.
