Foreign telephone boiler room.  As best I can understand they will be in my area and want to know if I want my awnings repaired.  Just a tip to spot some robodialed, spoofed numbers:  There are NO phone numbers with a 0 as the fourth digit.  If you tried to dial that locally, it would take you directly to an operator.
