A robocall from Payday Loans - A search shows this number to be from Cleburne, Texas. A land line using CHARTER FIBERLINK TX-CCO, LLC - TX.  with a spam score of 97%. They keep calling using a different new number after being told to remove my number from their call list and blocked.
