Bot press 1 now we want to make you a commercial press 1 now

Caller says it is Brian Blume (or Bloom) with nationally syndicated radio show and they would like to feature my business in a commercial for their show, and press 1 if interested. Sounds hokey to me so I hung up! Found no such radio show online with any alternate spelling of Brian or Blume. Will block caller!

This number has showed up numerous times on caller ID. They have hung up and left no messages. Then when we answer they don't speak but it sounds noisy in the background and people laughing.
