call from above number no message was left. CID/out of area

They called me today about someone doing roof INSP for free and there guy was on my street. Would it be ok if they come by and look at my roof.

Said he was doing house inspection due to recent storm and was working with my neighbors. When I asked him which neighbor he said he didn't have to explain himself and hung up on me.

Unknown caller. No message left. And has called once a day for the past three days. My number is listed with the do not call registry and I filed a complaint about the number as I was unable to locate any good information about the phone# calling. If your number is registered with the do not call registry - I suggest you do the same.

This number calls several times at day, leaves no message.
