Don't know who these people are.  They keep calling but never leave a message.  If you call and went to all of that effort, what is hard about leaving a message??????????????????

Because the calls are made by automated software.  They can't sell anything or con money out of an answering machine or voicemail, and they move immediately on to a phone with a live person answering.
