Adding to my list of blocked numbers. Here's the voicemail message I got from this caller - "Hello, this is Sara from the energy savings department. And I'm contacting you today to let you know your recent ComEd electric statement is eligible for a rate reduction. If you would like these discounts applied, please give me a call back at my direct number during business hours today at 1-888-258-3938. Thank you."

Showed up with the name "Karen Kennedy" on caller-id. Don't know anyone by that name but 817 is nearby and I have friends with that area code. Picked up and only heard a busy signal. Suspect number was spoofed.

Didn't recognize this number & haven't done business with any person or company in Texas! No message. Blocked.
