You waive NOTHING by ignoring this scammer's call (a lie).  The "govern yourself accordingly" is a typical SCARE tactic (and the sign of a scammer).

Got a call from them today stating the same thing you all have said.  They used a new number of 817-381-1481.  When I tried to get an answer out of them as to why they were calling and telling them that I didn't owe any money to any of them, they hung up.  I called right back and there was no answer.  Will block them.
