Just got a call from this number.  I didn't answer.  Checked here and found it to be scam, as I suspected.  Thanks to all who posted this information.

Received a call from 8172037087 after 5pm. Did research on location of caller. It was from Brownstone Condos in Bedford. The individual calling lives in Grapevine, TX. I filed a complaint because Brownstone abuts my complex. They are loud, obnoxious,  and threatening if you are a certain skin color. I also blocked the number.

Did background check on 8172037087. Calls seem to originate from Brownstone Condos (formerly known as Bedford (?) Condos on corner of Brown Trail and Bedford Road behind 7-11) in Bedford, TX. This is a residential complex.

Thanks for the link! I lost mine and really appreciate your posting this. They don't respond any faster to the Feds, but at least a response is made. I don't care who responds as long as one of them stops the, as you so aptly put it, "the leeches".
