The number calling is Citi Bank looking for credit card users through Sears. If someone under that number has a credit card that is expiring or is expired well they are calling to retain updated info. I told them I refuse to give them my info over the phone. DO NOT GIVE THEM INFO! 1: Anyone can pose as a "Citi Rep". 2: Anyone playing "man in the middle" could be listening and taking you're info to steal or sell. If you have a Sears credit card and they want info DO NOT share any type of info. Call the 1800 number on the back of the card instead. It's safe, accurate and real.

These people are trying to get money from your bank account. I have been receiving these calls twice daily and I did do the prompt, but I hung up when they wanted my bank routong number.

I also tried to call back, but got busy signal.  It's a scam!!!!

all the above- robot calls several times a day - I'd like to hang this company!  If this is associated with Sears - what in the * do they get out of it?
