Called asking for my daughter. I told them I was her father and could I help them. He kept insisting where is she? Hung up.

Said he was Federal Agent Jack Marshall and that there was an illegal use of my name and to contact them. He has an Indian/robotic accent. Why do people do these things?

Why do they do it? To scam money from people who fall for their line of BS and because they are unable to get a real job in the country the live in.

Said he was with Federal Law Enforcement and that I had a warrant out for my arrest. Had an Indian accent and sounded like he was reading a script. Requested I call him back as it was a time sensitive issue. If it was legit, why don't they try to call back?

I had a message from this number from "Jake Marshall" claiming to be Federal Law Enforcement. He had an Indian accent and was clearly in a call center. Marshallthere was a legal notice of complaint on my name and to call back ASAP. Sounds completely fake.
