Missed a call

This number calls often and asks for a certain person (by first & last name) to select #1 for English, etc.  When I do so I am informed this call is to collect outstanding bills, etc., and to again select #1 to verify who I am and then asks me to AGAIN verify who I am by giving them the last 4 digits of my SS# and I will NEVER give out any SS information.  I have no outstanding bills and owe no one.  This is a company that often calls and I am really angry about this..and how do I stop these calls????????

Even if they are calling to collect a bill, don't they know that they can't call on a Sunday?  That's the only day of the week that this number calls.  But I don't answer ANY calls that I don't know the phone number or the name on the caller ID!

They call even when you  have payment arrangements secured with them! They were easy enough to set up arrangements but calling every Sunday when they are already secure is a little ridiculous.
