unknown. no message. probably bill collector. they are crawling out of the woodwork again for old old time barred sol expired debts. unemployed like millions of others, have been for 4 years and no benefits. so nothing i can do anyway, and i wont deal with scumbag extortion minded portfolio buying like the stock market pukes.

update. the words are for dekalb county sheriff office which is in GEORGIA. the tn 815-758-5555 is out of ILLINOIS! so i'm calling the dcs and informing them this scum bill collector is spoofing id with their name. typical

There is also a DeKalb County Sheriffs Dept in Illinois.  In Sycamore which is next to the city of DeKalb.

Collector that had my personal information and says that they will continue to harrass me and call me about a debt I do not owe since 1993.
The information was close to somemone else asked if I lived in some other state.  He was giving me information asking if this is my name, my address, where I lived before, an incorrect LAST FOUR of my social security number.  i told him not to call this number anymore, asked if I could record the conversation, that I did not owe the bill he was solicitiing as mine and he indicated that he went back to his supervisor and that he said that it must have been a typo before and that my soc security number did match so therefore it was my debt.  I had already informed him of thre situations where a John Robles Jr. that I had been mistaken for in Oregon, Long Beach, CA and in Seattle, WA.  One of the states that he asked if I had lived in was Oklahoma, that was the first state.  I told him he did not have my permission to use my social security number, my home number, my name and phone numbers but point blankly said "So What!".  What can I do about this?  To stop these harrasing phone calls, letters and use of my personal information?
