This has got to be some type of scam.  I am reporting it to "do not call" government list.  Don't know if it would help, but hope so.

Some people just don't give up, do they? No legit company would try to hide their phone number, so as far as I'm concerned it's a total scam. They call with different numbers, different caller I.D. Last time, it showed Minooka IL. Pissedconsumer.com says that WCA (if that's who's calling???) is trying to sell home security systems (don't call us, will never call you) or health care plans (which no one needs now, thanks to Obamacare) and it also mentioned something about owning Federal Taxes (debt collection) and winning a Walmart gift card. BEWARE. One more thing, the FTC could do us all a favor and just check 800notes for complaints, since filing a report with them doesn't do squawk, but they're from the government and they're here to help. OK Susan I went to WCA and submitted a remove me request.....but had the horrible feeling that it may just put me on another list....what do you think?.....it reads good tho'

You should be worried, you just confirmed your contact info with crooks. You will actually get more junk calls now, not less. Live and learn.
