This person has a problem...with calling my phone at 3 in the morning! how can I report to the law and get them the help needed?

Some idiot called in the early hours and when the call was returned, it went t voicemail. Is this a psycho or what? I have this number now on a special list and will track where and who called and will eventually report I to the police.
