Am piss of w this coller

I keep getting this call at least four times a day....It is a recording saying she is occupational helper. I have two college degrees and they are trying to sign you up for education. I have no way to get it to stop.....

This number keep calling I don't pick up and it doesn't leave a message.  It's annoying.

Phone is answered as National Disability. Called me to say they wanted to help with my filing of benefits (I've never inquired or filed for benefits.) Asked to be put on their do not call list and they hung up on me. If you call them back, there's actually a prompt to be placed on the list. This jerks called me 13 times in 4 days, total scam!!
