Called and told me that with my recent registered domain with GoDaddy they needed to activate my domain for 99.99. I told her to lose my number and hung up.

Creepy voicemail of some guy saying my name "Are you there.....? S.... are you there???"
Thanks a ton GoDaddy -- purchase a domain name and get tons of spam calls.

SCAM!!! Women with Indian accent tried to scam me out of $400 saying she was part of a division from Godaddy.com and that I needed to activate my recently bought domain name. The number showed as Zephyrhills ,Fl. When I called B.S. on her she hung up.

Check the number you put in your application ... look up your registration on their website.
I suggest getting a Google Voice number and putting that in your registration.
