calls claiming to be denise from kb homes?

"Hello my name is denise and I am calling on behalf of KB Homes (unauditable) I am not reachable from the main office I will try to call again at another time."

This person keeps calling me and after several days of no voicemail messages she finally left a message today. Sounds kind of sketchy as to what the purpose of this call and why?
