I got the same call. The caller claimed they were from Dell and for several wks my computer was showing that either a virus or malware had been downloaded from the Internet. I believe that somehow these hackers have gotten into the Dell network somehow. He knew information that only the Dell company should have known.

7-13-15  Received call from Asian woman in other country saying something about my Dell computer sending messages...

very hard to understand.  I believe to be some kind of scam.  She knew my name and phone number.
