If it's a AAA survey. Wow they took forever, just like AAA did to respond to my call! My roadside assistance call was 10 days ago, and I had to wait 2-1/2 hours for the damn tow truck to respond. They're glad I was at work just now and couldn't answer this call...

If you don't answer the call, they leave a message.  If you answer the call, it disconnects.  If you call the number back, is says it's no longer in service.
