Got calls the same day as I applied for a newspaper advertisement pertainig to a California Elite cruise company opening a branch in Tampa, Florida.  The final interview was to be in San Diego, California and I scheduled an airline flight for the final interview; however, after doing some research, discovered the entire job offer was a SCAM.  Thank God I didn't give any personal identification or pertinent credit card numbers.  The St. Petersburg newspaper pulled the advertisement.  Never heard back from the caller.  Hope I can get a refund for my airline ticket.  This criminal needs caught !!!!

This is ascam that is ran on job websites. They advertise in all cities, but sem to be only offered in your city when you do the phone "interview".

Got call backs the same day of application, two phone interviews then got offered a final interview in California, I live in Florida. They would not give out any contact information, I looked up the "lear corporation" online and couldn't find anything. The caller said it was an elite cruise company located in California with a customer service location being opened up in my area.

Never heard back.
