call from "legal" about a "bum check" would not identify himself, name of company etc

Looking for different person, called several times. Asked to be removed each time. Still called. Husband finally mentioned key words, "legal action, harassment". Flustered caller insists we will be removed this time. Also filed complaint with FTC. Lets see if this is the final call.

Has called several times in the last month. Asking for Clara Porter, said I needed to call the legal department. I have no idea who Clara Porter is, so whatever. I just wish they would stop calling my phone.

Will not stop calling and asking for some woman. I said I have no abousolute idea who she is. He ask if she was on the perimises and I said no. He said quote "I will tell them what you said"....?

Called thirty minutes ago, ridiculously rude, called me ignorant, told me "no one cares about my feelings" when I mentioned harassment (as if feelings have anything to do with harassment charges), said they were looking for a woman about claims against her, hung up on me when I repeatedly asked for a manager. The little info I could get is: they are J.M.S. Justified Mediation Services, they are a legal processing company that deals with the processing of legal documents.
