this number call when I call back it's disconnected.. how can this be unless its a outbound # only?????

I have received several calls from this number when I call back it staes the number is not good, but then someone calls from this number again. Weird.

got a call and said hello twice no answer from caller but when I said speak up fool a woman spoke just as I was hanging up....strange...bet she won't call back again...
