This is not a telemarketing company.  They only allow companies who are in the Telecom or IT industry to access their network.  If they called you it was probably based on an action you performed on their homepage or if you are in the Telecom or IT industry.  My experience with them has been great.  They have both helped me sell my old equipment as well as helped me locate reputable vendors for the equipment I needed.
