This person keeps calling my cell phone but does not leave a message as to what it is regarding and I do not answer calls from people I don't know.  The number registers on my caller ID as belonging to an Annette Tipton.  When I call the number back, a recording comes on stating that all circuits are busy.  I don't know this person and I want the calls to stop immediately.

I got one too. Wouldn't give any info but said it was personal regarding my husband. It seems to be a private landline for a Julie Brito according to reverse directories.
