We just got called as well, also in Canada. Who can we report these people to? We have no settlements agains our firm, so total scam!

The caller is Laura Irwin, Senior Case Representative, Cain & Daniels Inc. out of Florida. Scam artists that search through public records and call people looking to help them settle "debts". I am in Canada so have no idea how she got my number or why she was even calling me.

Just got a call from her too, and our company is also in Canada. You are right they got us from public records. As if we would use a lawyer in Florida when we have our own lawyers here in Vancouver.

Received a call saying I was being sued and wanted to know who to talk with concerning the suit. I asked who was suing me and she said it was a company I have never heard of called Local Tennessee LLC and it was for breach of contract and that I could work through them and settle for half. Never heard of Local TN. I gave her my attorney's contact info but she was not interested.
