Received a call from "Home Star" (maybe "Home StarT"?) on 08/29/2011 in the afternoon.  Caller ID showed 813-644-7268.  Our answering machine picked up; caller did not leave a message.  Received another call from same company later that evening...Caller ID showed 813-644-7283.

I received a voice message from this number 12:52 pm on 9/7/11.  Sounded very unusual.  Guy almost sounded like he was getting off on the voice mail.  Definitely some "strange" breathing.  Caller Id showed Home Star 813-644-7269.
