Tampa and when I spoke to his friend because when I was asking questions he said he didn't know what to say. He basically told me the same thing accept he told me he was in Los Angeles. I asked for a place I could take my computer to and he said if I would just go sit in front of the computer he could guide me through each step. They would never give me an address. When I asked why wasn't Norton picking up on these viruses he said to go back to the computer. I asked him which computer he said you have many I said yes he asked did have the same internet connection for each one I told him no. He said it didn't matter which computer which did not make sense to me, since he told me my computer was sending the information over the internet. I told him that I thought it was a scam and Good Bye
