This was USAA calling letting me know that my mortgage company was calling to verify information and USAA was trying to reach me to get permission before releasing any information.

On 12/2/10, USAA called to let me know our mortgage company needed a faxed copy of the property insurance policy since we are refinancing. No big deal.
