that's unusal. i had usaa for banking, insurance and investing for past five years and they have always been so helpful for me.  couldn't be happier with them.

I have been with USAA for over 20 years and they have always been exceptional in every aspect of their business, especially in dealing with ANY potential or current customer.  USAA provides services to the US Military across the globe and has been recognized numerous times as one of the best when compared to their public sector peers.
