A new SCAM number from the FL scammers.  We never answer unknown calls - especially calls from 3,000 miles away.
Blocked the call as the phone was still ringing.

CID read "VOIP call". I don't answer any call that I don't recognize the name or the number. No message left. Number now blocked.
