Got a call from them too.  Threatened to send out sherriff to arrest me TODAY if I didnt pay $300.00 for an old bill.  Told me I could send in the money then they would tell me where it was going...blah  blah   blah...she got mad when I told her I refused tpo send money until I had something in my hand verifying WHO I was sending this to and why, said she didnt have time for this and said she'd just go thru my county clerk.  Called my county clerk, they have no such case pending...gee, can we say scam?????

Called and said that we had comitted fraud and stolen check charges. Threatened to throw me into a trunk and my wife would be sleeping alone! Said they would be sending paperwork for my arrest. Calling me constantly, at least once a day and even calling my son and his in-laws and making threats to them! THIS MUST STOP!

Record all your calls. Demand written proof of their claims. File a police report. In that order.
These people have crossed the line. Find them and prosecute!
They're probably from overseas though. If such is the case, tell them you know they're frauds and then tell them to sit on a fence post and spin.

I received the same message today.  How the hell are they getting our numbers.  They should be a law to prevent these jerks from harassing you with false accusations.  Does anyone know where I can file a complaint?
