Answered call on 3rd ring, no one there, call disconnected on my 2nd time saying "hello?" Other sites say it was a telemarketer either selling security services or claiming to be a survey company...

It was a "free" vacation aka Time Share. They are both RCI and Interval International. A friend of mine had a very bad time, with those people.
