Someone from Consolidation Services. Knew my SSN...

They call me at my work and left me a message, about a loan a made over the internet, than I call the number they left and the guy that answer me was so mean and I was asking him what comapny it was and they told me ACS, they were calling me because they are working on affidated loan I made, and what I did because he was mean I hang up, this is not the first time I receive this kind of call. Please do something about please..

THEY AGVE ME A CALL TOO.. THE GUY NAME WAS MIR JOHNSON OR AMIR JOHNSON CALLING ABOUT A LAWSUIT AGAINST MY SOCIAL AND NAME... AND HE READ ME MY AFFIDATE AND I ASKED HIM WHERE ARE MY PAPERS TO BE SERVED TO GO TO COURT AND HE SAID THEY WILL BE SENDING THEM.. I HEARD ITS A SCAM BUT THIS WAS THE SAME NUMBER THAT CALLED ME TO.. SO SOMEONE NEEDA HELP ME CUZ I DONT NEED TO BE A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT...

I received a msg left on a cell phone.  I could not even understand the person - it sounded like they did not speak very good English.  Says something about saving myself and that if not they will be coming after me.  I tried calling the number back and am not able to get through.  These sounded like threats to me - Am thinking about calling the police.
