Wife made dinner for her dad and his wife. I heard his cell beep and decided to check it. Over a period of 24 days there were 11 calls from this number. My wife and I are literally busting a gut over previous posts. You see, my father-in-law is 90 and his is 93.

Yeap...its a nudist swinger resort.  They are relentless with the phone calls and pushy as hell.

Got a call from this number two times today and they hung up never leaving a message. I am in marketing and I don't understand what they are doing????

Yes, it's a clothing optional / nudist resort.  The reason they don't leave a message is that they're trying to be discrete for you.  You wouldn't want your kids or other folks to listen in on a message they would leave, right?  I'm guessing most of you wouldn't want them to leave a message on your phone or answering machine, and would prefer they simply call you back later.
