This company is on a list for contacts from several internet services ---
For instance, if your looking for insurance quotes over the internet they are one of the companies on the list which receives the internet request for such info and then they are given your number for them to start calling you with an insurance quote.

However, they sell lots of stuff over the internet like this because they aren't really an insurance company at all. And they're just a nuisance. Don't bother with them!! If you have the ability to block theiir calls then just block the calls from this number from now on. Why bother with them! Just block them!

If you don't have the ability to block these nuisance calls then get a phone like Ooma or something else that can block these calls and just do it! Create a little piece of mind for yourself and start blocking these calls.

Answered my relatives phone.  Said something about a payday loan which my relative doesn't have (she is retired).  When I asked for her telephone number so we could call back she said that she couldn't give that information out to me.  As far as I can tell this is a scammer trying to get you to give out your financial information.  Don't be fooled.

Yes, got a call today digging for info from a man with an "Indian accent" saying he was Nick Watson and wanted to talk to me about a Payday loan. Nice try.
