Automated system talking about a loan.

The automated voice says that I was approved for a $10,000.00 loan from Advance America and to call back if I am still interested.  I never applied for a loan in the first place.  They call at all hours of the morning waking people up even on weekends.  I never answer my phone when numbers I do not know come up, however this is annoying getting woke up by them!  Who do I complain to?

Left message saying I was approved for $10,000 loan.  I haven't been looking for a loan.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  I have reported the number and blocked them from my phone.

Automated message stated that my online loan application had been approved for up to $10,000, if interested please call the above number. I called them back and got "Ramone" (with a heavy accent) asking if I was interested in a loan. When I asked who was he and how did he get my information? He couldn't hang up on me fast enough. Every ensuing call was answered by a recording.

I answered it was a a voicemail called back and told these people to stop calling and he said UM NO. Like it was some kind of game . I've gotten so many calls from these numbers I'm so annoyed .
