Not quite sure what this number is - CM Security has this number listed as harassment.

It's a "national health enrollment" company.

They called and I answered after the first ring, as I was already doing something on my phone.

But no one replied to my hello nor did I hear any background noise. After about 5 seconds the call dropped.

Researched the number and couldn't find much on it. So I called the number back and the lady who answered said that they are a national health care enrollment. Just hung up and added that number to my phone's block list.

For the last year or two, my block list has only been a modest 10 to 15 numbers. In the last month to month and half, it has grown by 2 to 3 times because of this health care enrollment crap.

this number called 3 times in 3 hours I told them they need to quit calling and put me on the do not call list. she said I will take you off our list but because you are being a [***] about it I am putting u right back on. then she hung up on me. so I called her back with caller id hoping to talk to a manager and she answered and said oh no no no and hung up again. I was going to get health insurance for my son thru them but not anymore.
