someone call about a legel something im trying to find out what it is   they said something came up using my ssn number

I have been dealing with calls from this person for about 4 years now.  He is a fraud.  If you have ever applies for an online loan, that's probably where they got your information.  They usually have your name, address, phone number, social etc..... He makes lots of threats about going to court and bringing a claim against you.  It has never happeed in four years.  A total scam to get you to pay money.  He usually also has a middle eastern accent.
