This number called at 9:15 this morning and woke me up, didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number from Seffner, FL and they left no message!!! what happened to the DO NOT CALL LIST?

Called asking for Brian. I said there is no Brian at this number. He then said : are you the homeowner at; and he stated my address. He said he was calling from the electric company . When I asked him to give me his number and I would have someone call him back,  his reply was "oh this is too weird for me." And he hung up.

DO NOT ANSWER OR RETUURN CALLS FROM CALLER 6621

(813) 324-6621 Called about lowering energy cost because FPL is raising your rates (They will know your name when you answer), when asked who they are affiliated with they hung up.

I suspect these 3rd world scammers are building a list of active phone numbers to sell to other scammers (I call it "hoovering").  I complete unknown calls from my area code without salutation and then note how the callers identify themselves.  Hoovers will disconnect immediately.
