Several calls from this number asking to hold and continue,then someone with heavy foreign accent come on.difficult to understand.

I got at least a dozen calls from this number,now I do not answer.he asked to hold the can and then someone with funny accent came on,identify himself as Michael......and very difficult to understand,I hung up.

I think there are a group of different scammers in one building. I called to inquire about why they were calling me, and she asked which group did I want to speak to. I told her I had no clue, I didn't know scammers came in groups, but okay. she then became very angry and hostile towards me. The only thing I got out of the whole conversation was ERC. Not even sure what that is.

I find it funny that this "ERC" company claims they are in Jacksonville, FL, but the phone number comes up as a Tampa number. Two completely different areas. Do not give these people any  information! Block the call, and ignore them! A legit collections agency would not be this shady. I called from my job and the guy got very agitated because it showed up on his end as an unknown caller, and he demanded to know why I was blocking my number. They are nothing more than low lifes trying to scare people into giving them money.
