i got the same call tonight wants me to sign paper he sent me in email and fax it to him that payday advance is sueing me been calling for weeks uses name addie jones then proceeded to transfer me to a john smith which sounded like the same person could not speak english knew all of my info except i already changed banks but he doesn't know that want me to call back by 9am in morning to see if i signed and faxed the papers the number is 813-319-2662 fax is 646-786-4401 he said the company was acs

3 times this  person who cannot speak English left a debt collection call for a person who does not live here nor do I know.  I have had my phone number for over 20 years.

THIS COMPANY IS A COLLECTION AGENCY FOR ON-LINE PAYDAY LOANS AND THEY ARE VERY NASTY. I HAVE FOUND OUT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TREAT YOU LIKE THIS THRU A REPUTABLE COLLECTION AGENCY. DO NOT LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU INTO HANDING OVER FUNDS IMMEDIATELY THAT WILL CAUSE MORE FINANCIAL TROUBLES FOR YOU.

this company called and said they were with ACS debt collection, they said I was going to be sued by a payday company for a loan I supposably took out in dec. 08. I never took out the loan and tried to explain it to the man and he said that if I didn't settle with him then I he was going to procede with legal action. I called a payday company to ask there legal procedures and they said this company was a scam. that they can not treaten to sue you or have you arrested. I have checked all the number that they have called and they all go to land lines. not showing a company name. here are the numbers that they called me on 23,973495934, 052497347 and a fax number 6467864401

Yes,  like crissy I had the same experience today....and when I called back they were nasty and rude for no reason when all I was doing was asking questions about what they were calling me for and more inormation regarding the supposed loan I took out and did not repay....I kept calling back until they answered all my questions because they kept getting rude and hanging up on me.....the man calling and who left the messages was called Jason Williams....I was unable to get the first guys name who said he could help me because Jason was unavailable...after he hung up on me....I called back to speak with a supervisor....I got Mike who was just as rude as the other person.....the number I was told to call back was 1-813-319-2662 and now it says its unavailable after I told Mike that I have the proof from my bank and can show that what they were telling me was not true.

I recieved a call this morning also from ACS asking for my social security number. They also said they were calling from a legal department. It was from a weird number.  No 1-800 number.
